Our mission is simple: promote equal opportunity and choice for all individuals regardless of physical or mental challenges or socioeconomic status. We create educational, service, and cooperative efforts within the community that foster responsible, choice-driven lifestyles.
We provide all your services under one roof. The Dream Works can service many different waivers and programs across Kansas and Missouri. The Dream Works doesn’t “take care of” people. We act as guides, providing suggestions, support, and resources so you may live a life of your choosing.

In-Home Care on Your Schedule
Person-centered services available when you need them—mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight. We recruit staff to match your preferred schedule because your life doesn't run 9-to-5.
Missouri and Kansas Residential Services:
Personal care assistance, community networking, individualized skill development, and respite—all delivered in your home. In-home support tailored to your schedule and preferences.
We help you maintain independence in your own home and community.
Therapy Services
