Current Opportunities

We are currently accepting applications for the following positions throughout the greater Kansas City metro area:

PCA - Personal Care Attendant

• Provide customers with assistance in activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Duties may include: Household chores, meal prep, dressing/grooming/hygiene, laundry, etc.

• May require community outings and travel

• Keep and record documentation of all activities and events

DSS - Direct Support Staff

  • Provide customers with assistance in achieving greater levels of independence

  • Provide social interaction and/or community integration activities as outlined in the plan

  • May require community outings and travel

  • Keep and record documentation of all activities and events

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

  • Provide customers with assistance in activities of daily living (ADLs) with higher medical needs

  • Duties may include: bathing assistance, catheter change, transferring devices, passive range of motion, ostomy care, applying lotions/ointments, etc.

  • May require community outings and travel

  • Keep and record documentation of all activities and events

TLS - Transitional Living Specialist

  • Provide customers with assistance in achieving greater levels of independence, to strive towards achieving their personal goals, invest time and skills in a hobby or area of interest within their community and to participate in the community of their choice

  • Provide community outings and travel

  • Keep and record electronic documentation of all activities and events

BT, CT, OT, PT, ST - Therapists

  • Behavioral, Cognitive, Occupational, Physical and Speech therapists

  • Provide services according to the discipline and license in state which license is held

  • All therapists must be licensed in the state services are performed in (Kansas or Missouri)

    (Behavior Therapists requires a Master’s degree, and a state license (LMSW, LPC, etc), and now a BCBA or BCaBA in Missouri)

LPN / RN

• LPN and RN positions are considered part-time and must have reliable transportation

• Provide home visits and assessments to clients in Kansas and Missouri

• All nursing staff must be licensed in Kansas and Missouri

All applicants must complete the FCSR Form. Please find instructions for the FCSR Form linked below. The form is hosted by the State of Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, also linked below.

Note: There is a one-time registration fee of $15.00. (This fee is required by the State of Missouri and goes directly to the state) and a processing fee of $0.55.
