The Dream Works requires staff to maintain compliance documents and training in order to meet state regulations.
To maintain an active, eligible status, all staff are required to provide:
~ Valid driver's license
~ Auto insurance
~ GED or high school diploma/transcript
~ Adult First Aid/CPR/AED and complete a CPR skills check if needed
~ Fundamental Agency Training (FAT) - complete online
~ Update Policies & Procedures as needed
You may receive advance notice when documents or training need to be updated.
If you are out of compliance, only our Compliance Officer may reinstate you to be authorized to return to work.
