Adult First Aid and CPR Certification

The Dream Works requires that all staff members be certified in Adult First Aid and CPR/AED by a state approved agency.

All new staff are required to obtain certification prior to enrollment.
 

A new staff member must choose to:

• complete a state recognized Adult First Aid/CPR/AED course through an organization of your choice
• complete the state recognized Adult First Aid, CPR/AED blended course through American Red Cross

The Dream Works will only reimburse a staff member when they complete the online certification through American Red Cross and perform a CPR skills check to be performed at orientation

in The Dream Works office. Please provide the confirmation email sent from American Red Cross
