You will be directed to a page where you can review the

training slideshow and answer the test questions.

You must complete a section once you begin to answer the questions.

When you submit the test questions, a copy of your test will be sent

to our office and the email address that you provide.

​

You must score an 80% or greater on each training.

Please complete all 9 topics of training to receive your certification.

 

If you are a new staff member, it is a requirement to complete

all 9 topics of the online FAT training to attend enrollment.

You must be cleared by our Compliance Officer to be authorized to work.
